Favorite Training Splits for Men

Exercise is one of the most important parts of maintaining a good lifestyle. Not only will staying active keep you healthy, but it will also boost your confidence and physical appearance. However, developing a good physic requires that you work out all of the muscles in your body as well as maintaining a solid cardiovascular routine. While people opt to work out their entire body in one session, this can take all day and burn out your body. Instead, maximize your workout by creating a split routine. Blast From the Past

Mr. Olympia is the title given to the winner of the professional men’s bodybuilding portion of Joe Weider’s Olympia Weekend – an international bodybuilding competition that is held annually by the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness (IFBB). Winning is considered to be the highest accolade in the sport of professional bodybuilding. I was always in sports, and I was kind of bodybuilding fan. But, in last 10-15 years this sport became gross – instead of praising human body and health, and trying to reach ideal proportions like those at Michelangelo’s David – this beautiful sport became a freak show. Just take a look at those pics that can be find on internet, these guys are scarry! So, we decided to show you some old-school bodybuilders, starting with first ever winner of the Mr. Olympia title in 1965 Larry Scott to 1984 incredible eight-time winner Lee Haney. After that, I have lose all my interest in Mr. Olympia competition, and I’m just thinking how far it will go.

Larry Scott – 1965-66

Scott displayed a physique with defined muscle shape in his biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest, which were all large, rounded and fully shaped. His upper arms measured over 20 inches and were, at the time, among the largest ever displayed at a professional bodybuilding competition. Scott subsequently retired after his 1966 victory.

Unbelievable Parkour Stunts

Le Parkour is primarily considered a philosophy and includes the physical practice of traversing elements in both urban and rural settings. The goal is to move from one point to another as quickly and efficiently as possible. This discipline was created in France, in Sarcelles, Lisses and Evry by David Belle, Sébastien Foucan, and the founding members of the Yamakasi. It is inspired by “the natural method of physical education” by Georges Hébert who first saw this form of movement done by Africans in Congo. It was then spread worldwide by films, television reports, and amateur videos on the Internet.

Praying For Par

No.18 at Doral Golf Resort & Spa

Australian Tour standout John Senden says, “The 18th at Doral is the toughest. You need to crack your tee shot, and depending on the breeze, you’re hitting a 5 iron or more into the toughest of greens.” The last hole on the “Blue Monster” is a test of courage, as you have to smash a drive down the fairway with water to the left and then fire at the back-left pin with more insidious aqua claiming any shot not hit with full authority. The 467-yard par 4 is a waterlogged menace.

5. Zinedine Zidane
What will you remember from the 2006 World Cup? How about from the career of Zinedine Zidane? If you’re not a particularly devout fan of soccer, it is just one incident. In the 110th minute of play of the final game of the World Cup, France and Italy were tied 1-1. When Italian player Marco Materazzi made choice comments about Zidane’s sister, Zidane turned around and rammed his head into Materazzi’s chest. He received a red card and left the field of play, while Italy went on to win the game in penalties. Zidane retired from soccer, leaving himself with a disgraced legacy and his country without the World Cup title.

5. Basketball Players
Basketball is another wildly popular women’s sport. It’s played from grade school through to college, and beyond that, professionally. So if you love the ladies who dribble and dunk, you’ve got plenty of opportunities to see them in action.
Despite the fact that women have played basketball for a long time, it’s still seen primarily as a male sport. And it’s a popular male sport. So a woman basketball player has to be strong-willed to succeed on and off the court, and not worry what people will think about her. That kind of confidence is a sure road to hotness.
One of the best parts of basketball is all of the vertical motion that’s involved. For some reason, people who love looking at women have always enjoyed watching them jump up and down. It’s probably something to do with how bouncy their hair is…
